How to request and install a Flow-Xpress License

HOW TO INSTALL FLOW XPRESS SOFTWARE & LICENSE
To download the Flow Xpress software go to the download site at https://www.crt-services.com/support/. Once the software is downloaded, please complete the installation of the software. One of the last steps of installing the software packages required you to provide details about the installed software. In case of a personal license use the following:

  • End-User: Your name
  • Company: Name of your company
  • Serial Number: Serial number of module working on  

After installing the software and completing the details press OK and start the ‘License Manager’ from the Program Files. In order to provide you the correct authorization details, Spirit IT requires the Export file of this specific system. These details can be extracted using the ‘Export ’ button within the License Manager and press ‘Save’ to actually save the export file to your hard drive.

You need to send the Export file to CRT by contacting their license support group at service@crt.services Within this e-mail state clearly:  Flow-Xpress professional When your authorization request has been approved you will receive a digital End-User License Agreement containing the License details. On receipt of the certificate, please check the details on the document and notify CRT if the certificate is not correct.

The End-User License Agreement contains the Authorization key and License number enter these into the License Manager and press ‘Install’ to authorize your system. You will get a popup with the message whether the Authorization has been completed successfully. If so, close the License Manager and start using the installed Spirit IT software.
